RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To obtain a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. You must present the invoice. Our policy is 30 days from purchase and/or receipt of your parcel.

Check the merchandise and order completeness upon delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours if you received the wrong item or if your product has a manufacturing defect. Email us with a photo at ventes@mastergrip.ca.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Sale items are final sale. Upon receipt of returned products, any amount charged to your credit card by Master Grip will be credited back to you.

Master Grip covers transportation costs when products you ordered are delivered damaged, defective, or in error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs required to return an item.
