Shipping

Once your order is completed and paid on our online store, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. The parcel will be delivered in the following days.

All orders are carefully packed so products arrive in perfect condition. However, we cannot control temperature or handling from shipment to delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the contents once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Carrier Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address.

For purchases of $250 or more, shipping is free. Additional charges may apply for remote areas; if applicable, we will contact you by email.

You will receive an email confirming shipment with your tracking number so you can follow your order.

If you are absent at delivery, your order will be left at your door.

Pickup

Pickup is not available at this time. All orders placed on our transactional site will be shipped via our carrier.
